This attractive heavily wooded area has much of historic interest including the Church of Holy Angels (known as the 'Cathedral of the Midlands'). Hoar Cross Hall is now an exclusive health spa. A little way outside Hoar Cross is Jackson's Bank, a beautiful area of woodland of 81 acres open to the public for walking and horse riding.
