We are not estate agents and would strongly recommend that you seek professional advice before selling your property. However once you do decide to sell you may wish to promote your property on our site (as well as your agents - if they have one) as it has been designed to give an insight into the local area - not just the property market - and as it is not tied to a particular agent it has the potential to offer a greater choice of property and thus in theory should attract greater interest.

The site is in its infancy and was established initially to meet a demand for information requested about properties for sale in Rolleston-on-Dove. The aim of the site is to promote properties in and around Burton-on-Trent to as wide an audience as possible.

What is the cost?

Eight week advert (or part thereof):

One picture (max 9 cm x 6 cm), contact details, price and up to 100 word description - Cost: £25.00

£15.00 - if ordered less than one week after advert expires

Change of property price details: no charge.

Any other alterations (except for correction of typographic errors) at cost.

Payment

Payment is required within two weeks of advert appearing. Please make cheques payable to 'Richard Bush'.

Terms

The advert should appear within 48 hours of receipt. Although every care will be taken in the compilation of the advert/information no responsibility can be accepted for errors or omissions. If you find anything that is not accurate, please contact the Webmaster asap. Inclusion, editing of details (if necessary) or exclusion of any property is entirely at his discretion and does not imply any endorsement or otherwise. The price details can be changed free of charge - however there may be a charge for other changes. It is the responsibility of the vendor (or agent) to notify the Webmaster once any property being advertised is sold (subject to contract) and when it is finally sold at which point it will be removed. There are no refunds for adverts placed and the space is not transferable. Please note that access to the website at all times cannot be guaranteed.
